Phobia –

Phobia is a type of psychosis in which a person becomes afraid of particular objects, situations or actions. That is, there is panic in their presence when those things are not dangerous at that time. It is a type of anxiety disease. In this disease, the person suffering from this disease can have mild restlessness to dangerous attacks of fear.


In a state of phobia, the person’s attention may be focused on a few symptoms, such as a pounding heart or feeling faint. There are some fears associated with these symptoms such as fear of death, fear of losing control or going insane.


If these symptoms are there then you are also a victim of phobia, this disease is making you ‘crazy’ by destroying life


Meaning of the word ‘phobia’ –

The word ‘phobia’ is derived from the Greek word Phobos. Phobia is a dangerous level of fear, it is excessive. The fear of phobia is so much that a person can take someone’s life in it and can also kill himself, that is, he can also take his own life. Due to phobia, many problems start in their relationships, social life, and also in the office.

1. Simple Phobia

3. Claustrophobia

4. Agoraphobia.


1. Simple Phobia- This phobia is from childhood, any thing or place of childhood creates a rate in the mind. This is a simple phobia.


2. Complex Phobias- This is a slightly difficult level and in this, the stage is more severe.



3. Claustrophobia- This is a type of anxiety disorder, its main symptom is feeling discomfort when going to any tight place.


Symptoms of Claustrophobia-

• excessive sweating

• nervousness and trembling

• Having high blood pressure

• Dizziness and giddiness

• Nausea, dry mouth

• Feeling stuck in the throat

• Chest tightness and chest pain

• Feeling confused and disoriented

• Numbness in the whole body or any part of the body.


4. Agoraphobia- Fear of which thing and place is a normal thing, but if you stop going out because of this fear and do not go to that place then it is agoraphobia phobia. Agoraphobia is a ‘fear of crowds.


Symptoms of agoraphobia-

• Frequent feeling of palpitations

• Feeling cold or hot

• faint

• dizzy

• Feeling difficulty swallowing anything

• Chest pain
